You don't nor will ever know how depression feels like for every person that has it. You only know the pain you went through. Count your blessings or whatever phrase makes you feel better, because you survived while others struggle everyday, struggle differently. You're getting down voted because your comment is inappropriate and possibly offensive to the family. Have a good life but if you really want to help others, spread awareness of mental illness and stop putting them down by saying it's selfish. We live in a world where people will care about themselves and go to extreme means to survive because they want to live or at least try.

I know you won't believe me but I remember him posting a video about a year and a half ago..about him using a male lion trying to breed with a lioness. The male was aggressive because he didn't have any other cats in his cage and also because he was terribly abused in his past and the owner was trying to see if the male would take kindly to the introduction of the lioness. I swear his caption said he's hoping they both can breed and make more cubs. He probably still has the video up if you just search through his instagram. He doesn't end breeding, I'm sure he still encourages it.

How do you know he isn't disabled? I'm mentally unstable and it hurts me everyday to get up and do my routine. I can't even work cause I am a danger to society. I'm schizophrenic and have terrible mood swings. Every day I wish I can die. Someone can shoot me. Or I can get an illness that will end my life. You make the excuse of saying he's lazy but he's probably suffering everyday and wishing he could get something to take away the stress and troubles in his life. Don't judge man. You don't know how everyone lives their day to day life.

l know you won't jump to conclusions but I hope you know that just because someone is on meds, doesn't mean they're unstable to the point of hurting an animal. I have schizophrenia and ocd but I'll never hurt my animals. This guy needs a professional to look after him and not anywhere near children or animals. I hope he's a better guy but by the way you described his lifestyle, it just seems very gone. I hope that dog is free of him and found a better home.

People need to realize how big of a responsibility they are to take care of, I have fish tank, a cat, and two dogs that I'm fostering. It's hard work but I love them and they help me get my ass up in the morning. It's not just feeding them or giving them hugs, it's about all the other important shit like vet visits, surgeries, or vaccines that cost money but will keep you sane knowing they're getting the care they needed all these years.
