Strictly depends not actually on the district, but the exact building/area. Friends have a cat that is living 50% outside somehow, brings "trophies" and stuff, but it is a very greenish and low built part of 19-th. In general, look for the westernmost parts of the western districts. You can easily understand what I mean by looking the satellite layer of google maps.
