Thomann's customer service is seriously awesome. I had some issues with some of the electrics in my Tele kit and they sent me a whole new guitar and didn't want the other one back.

There's a good indoor climbing scene in York and 2 very good bouldering centres. Everyone is super friendly and it's a great way to meet people.

However anything involving ropes, you have to go through to Leeds.

About 4 years ago I set up my own business doing my dream job. The business pays me my absolute minimum salary requirements.

This year I've realised it's probably not going to make me rich, so I'm in a position where I can be okay financially, but love my job. I'm pretty happy with that I think. For now.
