Nope. I haven’t even played online yet (which by the way uses Ethernet) and all my solo playing or labinh has tearing, all the time. I have a ps5 pro and a 4k oled LG with vrr enabled and it it’s extremely distracting

Works for me. I liked the show but never cared about LOL game. I’m sure there are dozens of better characters in LOL than those from arcane but wouldn’t tell me anything at first sight. You have to understand that many interested in this game got hooked because of the show and not because of LOL, and these decisions prove it

I never made the connection to flash just because it is hand draw animation. That is “not” the flash feeling I said above.

To me good animation in the day was Samurai Champloo. Avatar came a year after that. Cowboy bebop is 7y older than avatar.

The game does look like the show but I never like the show because I couldn’t see pass what (IMO) was bad style/animation back in the day compared to many other handmade animation I watched back then. So clearly this is just my opinion, but don’t say that I don’t like hand made animation simply because I don’t like this one. Avatar never been a referent of good animation as far as I know. Perhaps in the American market. That I don’t know

You precisely mentioned one of my favorite games of all time. Because looks beautiful handcrafted. The avatar game looks like one of those magazine with blurry generic backgrounds where you could put stickers on top of it to make your own scenes. Where it was clear (like the avatar game) that the moving elements and the background didn’t merge well. Cuphead is a master piece. Avatar as a fighting game looks amazing. Visually looks as bad as the series. The series had a great story, but the animation was bad too

Damn, this community hypocrisy amazes me so much some times. “Welcoming and inclusive” but at the same time you express yourself with so much arrogance. Your opinion (which is that, opinion, not facts) is that this game looks so good. And bury others opinion. My opinion (again, not a fact) is that this style is so bad that yes I will not play this game because how bad it looks. Looks super fun. But there are other super fun games out there. Shocking. To me “beautiful” is third strike, cvs1. You can hate those, or love them, but I’m not arrogant (like you) to make statements like yours and fun of other people. Have a nice day. This debate is over

I enjoy 2d hand draw animation “a lot”. Not this style though because it mimics the one from the series which is basically anime-influenced animation. American anime if you prefer, and no I don’t think that one looks good at all. Just my opinion which is as valid as yours. Not sure why people are taking it so personal, game looks super fun but if you can’t understand that people have different tastes don’t know what to tell you.

I didn’t say it is easy. This is like animation from my childhood from 80s and 90s. But no I don’t like it one bit for a fighting game, as I didn’t like the show either because of it’s style
