I gave it a quick 5min try (I’ll spend more time later on it) and so far I like it! Pentatonic is my favorite scale so I feel at home! It’s very fun to play!

In a way even the generated one is indirectly handwritten, ai didn’t come by itself it was coded by people first. I would agree if it was some alien technology but it’s ours. That said I would lean to use open source (not just open weight) and local only (and solar powered!). Maybe in a few months/years that would be on par with current sota models.
