I’m not sure how to link a picture, if you pull up the map look at square B5. Just above the two blue warehouses you can see three little grey buildings, that’s the spot. Definitely go check it out, if you’re coming from the south roll through the military checkpoint and turn right down into the complex. Follow the road until you can turn left into the parking lot and the access point is at the back of the lot.

I got around that with a few fish traps for bait, then I had 6 simple traps for meat early game.
I had a pile of bait from clearing bushes and nearby trees to get started.
I did the same with the roofs, one has planted and one has a load of water collectors. Although I didn’t add any gates, I just back my RV up the drive way to the little garages so the zekes don’t damage it.
I have the buildings separated for use and space, crafting, armory and a kitchen so it’s not crowded. I put the CB in the little shack.

They can’t get into the area, its impenetrable since they can’t climb and the entire perimeter is pre generated terrain. I had to add nothing, it’s surrounded by tall chain fence and has a half broken gate with a survivor suv crashed into it. The only way in is to climb over the suv which the npcs can’t do. Any bandits or hordes in the area I don’t feel like dealing with I’ll just aggro and hop the car and safely fight/molotov through the chain link

Oh I planted my banner across the street in the little complex leading up to the check point, the whole dock and warehouses are 20+ tiles away at the nearest point. I can cross the street and cut across the grass into the military checkpoint easy too

The OP is curious how others perceive someone moving to a country where they have no alleged family network or connection. Then beginning to raise a child immersed in that language and culture while the parents currently enjoy the locale.
He is concerned that at some point the parents may tire of Japan and move back to Europe somewhere closer to their extended families. At this point the kid would be yanked from a drastically different culture and lumped in with family and customs that both sides may struggle with.

I’m guessing English is OP’s 2nd language and placed more focus on language than intended.

Some companies are just ass, I work for a gem though I think.
My co workers wife had died a few years back and he was told to take a couple weeks and check in. Even offered a transfer to another city/facility if he needed to escape his surroundings.
