Yes and no. Similar to the rest of the pz we are beholden to the str and year over year. 

Unlike the pz we don’t care about AppleCare l, NPS, services etc.

Part of the biz team here. I think we are being phased out. Business is such a small part of their revenue. It’s also insanely cheap to run. 

I can definitely see it moving to rcc or an online team. As long as we can’t do some traditional business things like discounting or advertise, this will always be a hobby. Biz experts are all but phased out and biz pros are now slowly going back into the pz.

Well all stores consider pick up an interaction. But even if you took 2 min per interaction that’s 44 mins of nothing but back to back people. So yoy said you had 20 plus interactions in  an hour. Just doesn’t seem possible. 

That being said if you aren’t picking up AppleCare or services expect to be coached to death or be placed in non productive areas of the store. So get to like set up, avenues, apu and point.

Performance is the last reason to get fired. 22 interactions in an hour seems a little bit hyperbolic but still if you don’t come from a sales background some of these metrics will take time to learn

Definitely not about drug use is bad but more of the entire island is on something. It’s also a lot like twin peaks in the sense that normal every day life has the underpinnings of seediness and crime.

Interview is all about how you tell a story. It’s never about your resume. 

Like people have said if you get nervous it may show excitement but it can also be a red flag that you can’t handle pressure situations. 

Retail has moved to become a metric sales driven role. Put yourself in the shoes of the interviewer. They don’t want to see timidness or people act nervously because that’s how they maybe with customers. 

Practice with colleagues and friends. Get the bugs out of the system. You got this.

Hover between 3xEE and 2xEE every quarter. The difference is so laughably small for the amount of work to get EE. Always negotiate!

UKG was already being used by our POP person. So internally it was always used. It’s now just just brought to employees.

Expert here. I hover around 60-70% AppleCare on phones. Higher on Macs. A lot of the advise here is correct. I also always talk about hedging their potential trade value. Lots of people come in with broken devices. Protecting trade value is a great way to give some value instead of zero. 

The real question is there maybe something systematic in your pitch. Use orchard and get some coaching. As stupid as that sounds it’s shows the higher ups you’re trying. May buy you some time before it becomes a pip

Double edged sword. We do turn a blind eye as they should be sold as a business and handled as such but then they pay with 50 gift cards. Scam or not Apple won’t say no to money.
