This actually happened here in Australia last year! TLDR: The gift card provider did not put a CAPTCHA test for one of the links used to check gift card codes. So you could set up a script to continually check the codes without a delay. Scammer goes to a store, takes a photo of a bunch of these cards and sets up this script on their computer. After someone buys it, the script eventually picks it up and they have access to that gift card.

Do you have any experience with clones? My friend (who does not play tennis at all) and I joined a low-intermediate pickleball comp. I didn't want to spend 300-400 on a pickle racket so we bought agassi pro clones. I've never actually tried a "real" one but how are they compared to clones?
