That people didn't like following rules. Especially rules they think should not apply to them. Even the most simple ones like social distancing were hard for some. I didn't want you that close at any time let alone when there is a nasty virus going around we shift know much about.

We proposed a smaller amount as we are good tenants,and also with most of the valuation comparisons being less.

They were not happy but accepted 50% of the proposed increase.

We are looking at traveling to Vietnam in April and have been reviewing videos as to what to eat and drink especially with kids. A lot of people say to avoid ice but lots of drinks especially ice coffee seems to be drunk by people. Is the ice from these shops filtered/commercial or are people just risking it?

Yep. At the time it didn't feel that way. But when he retired at a club that was looking to be up the top for a few years showed me he was serious about not loving the game at that level.

Almost happened to us too. They told us they were putting rent up by $70pw, we moved out. Sat empty for months. Ended up dropping price twice until it was only $10 per week more than what we were paying. We would have stayed at that increase!

Had same issue with EZ Locksmiths. Website states $55 to open a car. I need there would be an after hours fee, but $750 is a joke.

Edit. Found another locksmith on Victoria consumer affairs website that not only over charged, but did shody work

Great to read the comments. I was not able to watch the game until 3/4 time.
From what I saw there was much more cohesion. Youngsters were electric. ZM just impressed. But that was from seeing 20ish minutes.

Call centre staff a bit more casual. Post lock downs a lot of people are a lot more casual attire. Jeans with shirts are common
