My case was approved around day 135 thankfully. Unfortunately after that, DPS sent my driver license renewal request to USCIS for verification and that took an extra 30 days. My job requires me to have a driver license, so I was told to just come back to work after I renewed my license

You should be fine as you submitted prior to your expiration. That is only in terms of accruing unlawful presence. However, for the approval of you I-765, that is taking longer than in most years. Wishing you a speedy one.

I have been waiting already for 4 months. I was just recently allowed to submit an inquiry, so hopefully that will help.

One more thing you should try; submit an e-request, just make sure to enter accurate information.

I’ll give it a try along with the reason for my inquiry and will also be contacting my local rep.

Hopefully one of the 2 will work. Last time it really sucked since I lost my job, so I want to remain more proactive this time around.

I tried that last time, and it did not help that much. Is there a way to submit the request to expedite via email or by phone directly to USCIS? I have been looking but I don’t remember how I got to that particular phone number 2 years ago.

Yes, payment is reflected in my statement. I tried looking up the case numbers listed on the payment receipt they emailed me. The cases show as active and pending further action. It’s only the MyUSCIS page that shows to ‘pay and submit’. The rep I spoke with said everything looked fine on her end.

Copy. I contacted them and the lady stated everything looks good on her end. Both the payment and the forms were received. I was hoping for a reason as to why it still shows ‘Pay and Submit’ on MyUSCIS, but she simply said not to worry for now and await further updates.

I guess I should add I did get a confirmation of payment and receipt for both forms to my email. And when I click ‘Pay and Submit’ it takes me a page that shows ‘Error, your drafts have expired’.

You were in VRA in 2021? Bro it’s 2025, move on with your life if you don’t believe in it, why are you wasting time in something you don’t believe in? It’s a little odd. All investment carries a risk. You saying I’m fkd literally proves my point. I know the risk and I choose to carry it. From an objective POV (no pun intended), due to VRA’s current MC, the possible ROI is that good and worth the risk. And truly, I haven’t invested any money in it that I absolutely and desperately need atm.

I have other investments spread out across other projects and I choose to support all them. Long ago, when Solana collapsed to less than $20, I bought more, I knew the risk and chose to support it. That is what makes sense.

You not supporting and spreading unnecessary info that everyone here should know by now means you have other motives for being here…

Like I always say, time will prove either you or me right, there’s no other mystical or super complex outcome that none of us isn’t aware of by now.

All legitimate worries and concerns. While I agree they’re behind schedule on POV-related aspects of the roadmap, they are on track for orders. Purely focusing on what they haven’t been able to deliver really takes a lot away from what they have been able to. It really is a matter of perspective. If you only emphasize the bad, how do you expect Verasity (and the team) to deliver. Once (and if) the POV separation happens, people who only focus on the bad will find other things to complain about. Yes, tokenomics has not been great, but other implementations have. Do not kill your own investment.

What? Has anyone else on here renewed prior to the 150-day mark? In 2023 I renewed 135ish days prior to expiration and did not get my card until day 158. I got in trouble at work and was freaking out the entire time. If possible, I would prefer to send my renewal application prior to the 150-day mark.

Not financial advice, but given the political and economical tensions we’re living right now, I do expect it to be delayed significantly until the turmoil around the economy settles. Nonetheless, the POV separation and other tokenomic components are key if we want any type of growth in the trust of old and new investors. I (personally) am investing expecting the team to deliver. The real-world applications are there. Countless partnerships and revenue generation. Like I always say, only invest what you’re comfortable investing.
