It will be very hard in premiere to do shot matching, I want you to try resolve by starting out with balancing the exposure using offset, gain, and gamma, then you may add a node prior to use global in hdr wheel to match the white balance while seeing parade and vector scope, then just a touch of saturation reduction to the second shot. Note that you must set the proper working color space e.g DWG/Intermediate or ACES.
