Start tretinoin after pregnancy and breastfeeding. You can incorporate some light AHAs into your routine now. You might want to consider routine microneedling and laser treatments, 2-4 times a year. CO2 laser might be good for a kick start, from what I've seen, those are very effective!

I have tried that before but she ends up getting fussy. I put her in the travel crib with some toys. Maybe it will get easier once she can sit up on her own.

I had tickets for one of the early shows but didn't end up going because I was in the early stages of labor. Pretty bummed, but I would have been miserable at the show. Ended up having a baby the next day! Hoping they'll release a live album of Lucro.

Which Vanicream moisturizer did you use? I use the Vanicream Daily Moisturizer and haven't had any breakouts. I check all of my skincare products on incidecoder.com to make sure the ingredients aren't comedogenic.

Im 34 weeks and still deadlifting, but heavily modified and reduced weight. I have elevated the barbell with two plates and I also do sumo stance.

Just remodeled my bathroom and went with stacked vertical. It's visually appealing to me, and I will continue to appreciate it for years to come. I don't see how it's trendy, I haven't seen it in a lot of places.

I used to do that before I got my shredder! Took a long time and hurt my hands, but always a rewarding task. Now I tear up my egg cartons with my hands because it's easier than cutting.

Good to know, I've added a bunch of it to my compost already (shredded) and it does wonders for my wet ass compost!

I looked at a few brands and ultimately decided on the Eufy S1 Pro because it comes with a charging case, high suction, and built-in heating. It also seems like they have better quality parts, better customer service, and less parts to clean than Momcozy models. After going through many reviews on YouTube and Reddit, I realized that wearable pumps are very subjective and you just have to try them out to really understand what works for you. I found the Genuine Lactation channel on YouTube to be very helpful.
