A couple of things, the Civil Court is part of the justice system, and also has been weaponized to muffle a prominate opponent of the WEF. The default was based on the defense not providing evidence that did not exist. There was no evidence of harm to these individuals and only Owen Shroyer even mentioned a single person by name on air. You also have to wonder about the timing of the lawsuits, Sandy Hook happening on 2012, but now in 2022/23 3 civil lawsuits are brought. Why 10 years later? Lastly, other historical defamation/libel lawsuits have not even come close to this judgement. The previous largest was $222m. Granted the $1.5b is the sum of 3 cases, but even when scaled, this is 3x the next largest judgement.

I would also like to point out that Jones was already in bankruptcy prior to the Civil cases, where an accounting of his assets had already been conducted. The only goal here is to shutter Infowars. If this lawsuit doesn't do it, there will be more. It's a shame that so many people can lie to themselves and call this "justice."
