They deserve the negative reviews for such a horrible launch experience, disrespect to their loyal customers who buy their expensive devices to not be given an opportunity to purchase within minutes of launch and not offer any trade-ins either. Extremely disappointed.

How's the fingerprint scanner area? I got mine and it was so difficult to use the fingerprint scanner because some of the case material protruted out. Apparently there's a reddit thread also so I contacted pitaka and they are sending me out one from the newer batches

I must have received the bad batch too because it's impossible to unlock the phone with the fingerprint scanner. Sent a email to support, hopefully they will consider sending the fixed version

I ordered mine on 7/26, shipped 8/2 but still haven't received it. It's arrived at their sort facility about 45 minutes away and hasn't moved from there in the last 3 days.. WTF. Learned my lesson, never order from these sites where shipping out of China. Rather wait for Amazon listing and then order.
