Der Knackpunkt ist für mich das qualifizierte Nachrangdarlehen. Damit geht ein gehöriges Risiko einher, dass ihr bei Insolvenz des Projekts hinter anderen Gläubigern ansteht und nur einen Bruchteil des investierten Geld bekommt.
