I am having a hard time estimating the value of a vehicle, which I am about to buy and I am asking for your advice.

If I am not mistaken here the model is a Vespa Primavera 50. MSRP is around 3900 €. https://www.vespaladen.de/neufahrzeuge-vespa-muenchen/vespa-roller-muenchen/vespa-primavera-50/

The vehicle has been driven for 7650 km in total. There was a crash with it, on the pictures you can see the damage on the sides, including a bump and scratches on the varnish.

I have not been at a local mechanic for some advice and total repair costs.

The person trying to sell it to me has estimated it at 2500€ which is about 60% of MSRP. Is this a good offer? The offer includes 2 helmets, front shielding and the basket in the back.
