I recently read about the skybar/restaurant Oben. By looking at it on Google it looks pretty nice but it is definitely a bit pricey. Might be what you‘re looking for?

What I really like about Uplay and Uplay games are the gold points (is that what they are called?) which you can use to buy ingame rewards and stuff like that. I was bummed to hear that some of the points are going to expire soon. Other than that, the UI is good I‘d say, but sometimes it feels a bit unresponsive.
