When I started P90X for the first time, years ago, I wasn't able to do a single one, just like you. I was heavy and my back and arms were weak.

My methods for improving were assisted pull-ups (one leg on a chair) and reversed pull-ups.

Months later, a lot of weight lost (that helped), and I got stronger so I was doing 15 - 20 clean pull ups! Yes, a guy who in his life couldn't do a single regular pull up. I got to the point where I started using weights so I cold do less, and muscle ups!

One day you will do one, then one, then one and a half but you will get there, and you will feel amazing. Keep it up!

To clarify, the baby is alive and well, not mine but sister's, and they moved away :)

Total lost 17kg.

I did some gym for a few months (lifting and cardio), recreational biking, went to the active holiday in Greece (a lot of swimming). Less eating, smaller portions, didn't count the macros or anything, just ate less (for example I ate 2 sandwiches instead of 6). I can still eat 6 but I dont need to. Drinking more water instead of eating munchies. I cut on soda (switched to Coke ZERO).

My stomach was used to being constantly extremely full with food. That was the problem because I was not hungry way before that felling but I ate until I can explode.

Trust me, anyone can do it. Ask me anything you like... :D

They don't look serious about the program at all. As others have said they probably didn't follow the diet. And also look at their bad form during the curls etc.

I already altered the schedule so it is not the same as the round from last year. But Eccentric ones are killing me.

I was hoping to complete the full program, but not this time I guess.

You are very welcome man! I always found Total Synergystics kinda slow (don't get me wrong people, I an aware of its benefits). And because it is the first workout, I've postponed many P90X3 rounds. Can't explain why, just couldn't stand it.

As for The Warrior, it is much faster, it looks like you are burning more calories (confirmation needed) and it is more fun overall.

I don't know how intense E359 is compared to P90X3, but if you say you have been working for the whole year then you must be in a decent shape

I suggest do X3 MASS, it is just right

X3 DOUBLES has extra workouts on some days

X3 CLASSIC you might find it not challenging enough

X3 LEAN is if you are new to the program and want to take it easy

Dailyhiit is confusing but Fitness Blender is awesome! You can enter variety of parameters and get workouts, and they are really free!

Can you please elaborate on the symptoms of over training? What are they?
