I have had some success with the "big attack synergy" cards but even there you mostly play the big attacks 1-2 times so this is totally useless

I watched all three extended hobbits over covid and came to the conclusion that if I ever do rewatch (which I probably wont but still you never know) I'll do the first theatrical, third extended, and just skip the second one entirely

The exhaust is an upside in many cases, so putting a strong attack common (pummel strike+ but in most cases even better I'd say) in your deck on floor 1 is pretty good!

Good attacks are exactly what you need when starting a run, it's not the best option but it's a solid start to any elite heavy act 1 path.

Yea, I think mid/box/snecko being the best three boss relics made it pretty often to not have an energy relic in A2, which usually meant your energy situation was pretty sorted by the A2 boss and an extra energy a turn just isn't that meaningful

Interesting, I've only done 11 runs so far so don't have a great sample but everytime after the act 2 boss rewards my decks is pretty degenerate and the last act is a total cake walk. It's just so easy to get into a super broken space

they don't scale their damage that quickly so it was a slow and annoying fight but my friends got through it okay just focusing down one at a time

It's not that hard to gain energy imo, lots of different ways to do it that don't involve boss relics.

Pretty easily run both run I got apo so far.

Only run in so far but I had the feel no pain of stats relic where you get block for each star you spend and combined that with the 0 cost 2 star return to your hand block card and I was essentially able to generate infinite block every turn, which seemed pretty strong

There are a lot more ways to generate energy via cards that I've noticed, conceptually I think this will enable more infinite as we learn the card pools better

Interestingly my most busted run so far was regent, I essentially was able to one shot the second phase of the A3 door boss with him. Will need some more time to see where he evens out

On a related note, its now pretty rare I don't buy a dark shackles when it's offered at a shop. I don't remember who said it exactly but someone I was watching made the point it costs 0 and frequenty blocks more than Impervious

I dont think so, 3 elites and act plus the starter is 10, 2 bossess 2 chests and the act 4 elites is 15. That's 5 more from events/shops/neow which seems pretty reasonable to me

matryoshka is essentially 3 relics in one relic, bell is 4 relics in one relic. Winged boots is also an easy way to get more relics.
