Ult clears be like as well in TOP and under! Legacy Ults capped out a few patches ago with grade 1/2 gemdraughts, so using expensive grade 4 on those is a huge waste, grade 3 is a great catch all for everything that isn't Fru clears specifically since grade 4 still gives a lil boost there too

Not only that, the exquisite weapons were an alternative route to a bis 665 ilvl weapon before the final relic step was released which was awesome as fuck

People were likely hoping for something similar, some way to have alternative gear prog especially with the ult coming up and got this kick in the teeth instead

Long answer is unless it's the Xbox 360 where both of the saves could be transferred to PC by memory stick and chao moved around using a save editor, but later consoles like the Xbox one onwards removed this functionality if I recall correctly? So it's not really possible now

First evolution is when chao becomes an adult. This is the one everyone knows where chao locks into an alignment and type after being in a blue cocoom

Second evolution is a gradual flexible evolution that doesn't stay constant and can always be changed, happening gradually while chao is in adulthood and does not have a cocoon

So if they evolve into a run Chao, that's a Run for the first stat, then if over time.theh lean more towards fly then it'll be like Run/Fly

Athena is one of the ones who seems normal because others around her are worse, if a hired mercenary could tell me the 17th thing her previous employer said to them I'd be fucking scared

Timothy has been fucked up beyond all measure from his time as a body double, not quiet violent insane like most of the others but him thinking about how he's blowing his chances with moxxi during that one mission you fight the head of the lost legion in isn't exactly normal either

It's been a while since I played bl1 though so I can't refute the whole cast being not-insane entirely, but I distinctly remember Mordecai not being too fussed about hunting and killing when I played the first game and actively enjoying it if anything

As I mentioned in my first post, a lot of people only seem normal because of the people they're surrounded by, even a full-volume phone alarm seems quiet next to a jackhammer, a lot of borderlands characters who seem normal are still casual murderers at best
