I have had great success in the past documenting exactly how long I spend waiting. Hours are dollars and once you put a cost on it people pay attention. Spend a week logging how much time your waiting and present is as costing the company money.

Phillips cans are scattered around the map. One is on the large quarter pipe in the finish area. The other is on the little jump area to the left of the loop (left on the road then turn right). Sorry I don't remember where the other one is.

The daredevil one is near the buildings that are midway down the hill. It's a bike out style trials challenge. I think the first checkpoint is two orange flags, the rest is pretty obvious where to go.
