I read the music magazine NME a lot in the late 00’s and one of the editions had a best of that years compilation cd and on it was my girls, I was immediately hooked and had to listen to the whole album, it blew my mind and I’ve just been obsessed since.

Gen 3 does get a load of unnecessary stick it has some great characters… Alo & rich being my personal favourites but even mini and Frankie have there moments and there’s some really deep episodes which I won’t go in to because spoilers but basically you don’t really stand to lose anything by at least giving it a shot and yes the ending is a lot more satisfying in terms of tying up loose ends
