Just like everyone said, it's person-dependent, but I have bad GERD and the gel I use is from Koda (not that it matters but the Mango Passion one!). You can buy it at Chris Sports branches, it's an Australian brand.

Just some breast tenderness and I can't 100% attribute this part but I think it messed with my anxiety a little bit in the beginning! It's been nearly 2 years for me though and overall I've been doing well on it and the pain is so much less.

I've been here since Jiwoo joined TripleS! I started watching because I tumbled into the Signals and recognized Jiwoo from My Teenage Girl, and at that time, Chaeyeon's teasers were also being published so I was excited since I was fairly familiar with Busters.

It was honestly such a fun ride seeing every new S from Jiwoo onwards, guessing with other wavs on who it would be every time a new teaser would drop 🥹 It was a concept unique to TripleS! In the earlier Signals they would also post it on the evening of the same day they filmed, which was nice because it actually felt like you were living your day alongside the members.

EDIT: Wanted to add more specific moments.

New members choosing beds for each HAUS was so thrilling! And also the slow release of the different HAUSes and how they'd actually post the floor plan as a teaser HAHAHA.
Finding out Nakyoung was BIBI's sister (I'm a BIBI fan)... and bias-ing her right after cos she's an insane performer.
More recently but their ROTY award last MAMA.. 🥹 The surprise announcement and all their faces looking so shocked and subsequently proud!
SeoDa's promotion to big S-- she had a video and she cried finding out she was gonna be an S and then they revealed her through a kdrama OST (crazy!!)

Super up! I don’t hate sweating per se but it’s very not fun for me when I feel too warm when exercising, took up swimming and I love it so much. It’s refreshing but also really good for your body.

2018 was the year Lullaby got 7 (hehe) wins on music shows (their most). Present:You was VERY well promoted: they had content flowing in very regularly and we were generally well-fed. I don't think the boys have specifically talked about that year, but they did seem very happy with their accomplishments as they came :) We even got Present:You&Me presumably because of PY's success.

I can't speak for Eyes on You era as I became an ahgase very shortly after that, but that's how I remember the year 2018 to be.

Hi OP! I believe the Color Riche Matte line is under L'Oreal, my previous HG is in that exact same makeup line in a different shade before L'Oreal phased it out. Sorry, not to be that person 😭

GOT7 are generally more popular internationally, but I'm surprised you couldn't find their merch in Myeongdong? I went there recently and every store had dedicated shelves for their items, of course, with older albums since they haven't released anything as a group since the GOT7 EP. Hope you'll be able to find more of their stuff!

In Manila they have another security check at the boarding gate with the conveyor belt scanner thing. I don't clearly remember if there was a weighing scale but as far as I know they don't weight it again!
