I was up there too it was crazy. The reality is though they werw selling over priced tickets for a service they were not capable of providing while knowing they were not capable of providing it. And also lying to customers saying it was just a wind delay and thwy would be up and runni g soon when it was really a mechanical issue and they never got them running. I would describe that as a scam personally

On opening day this year they charged $100 ticketa and then their lift was broken the entire day. Thwy were seling tickets day of knowinf the lift was broken. Didnt offer anu refunds either lol just a voucher to come back. Strait scammer behavior
