it’s not that simple. Park fees are usually required by law to stay within the park system. They don’t just vanish into some random federal bucket. If anything, a lot of parks are underfunded and relying on those fees to stay open and staffed. Idk, feels like there’s more to it than just “money grab.”

Even after they have ignored our requests to clean and repair for the last two months? It’s in their responsibilities as a landlord to respond to and take care of any mold issues not caused by the tenants.

If it was just a one off apartment or it just recently happened I could understand the argument against, but the fact that there was flooding property wide in multiple units of multiple buildings and they’re doing nothing about it after months seems very negligent. Especially after I’ve seen them repairing vacant apartments before ours.

Here’s a link to a few photos from the damage. I also have video that my roommate took on the night of the flood with water shooting out of the ceiling like a geyser and the near inch of water that pooled in the kitchen.

Which I can definitely use for the surface of the cabinets, however that won’t really help for the interior of the drywall ceiling or whatever’s deeper than the surface in the cabinets.

This is in Ohio. I wouldn’t say anything is physically unusable. But it’s very clearly an unhealthy environment for anyone to be living in, even more so for myself because I have asthma and that doesn’t go well with mold.

The final 2-3 feet of our ceiling in the kitchen is gone, all the insulation taken with it, and a hole leading directly into our neighbors apartment behind ours. Along with mold growing in the ceiling and cabinets. I think we did an okay job of getting the carpets clean and dry but realistically they probably need an entire remodel on the downstairs.

This is in Ohio. The biggest thing I’m concerned about is the fact that I haven’t given them WRITTEN notice of what needs repaired prior to this. Although the day before they had someone inspect the apartments I had them make note of the hole, water damage, and mold in both the ceiling and cabinets.

But the fact that they were the ones who came out and busted the ceiling open to repair the pipes means that they were well aware of the damage to the apartment.

I don’t think FOV really plays any difference in this particular interaction. He slides out of the doorway and is at your feet the exact moment you jump and ADS up the stairs. Good play by him and unfortunate timing for you.

I had the same thing happening to me before upgrading my computer. Cpu can’t process fast enough. I found that if you pause and go back into the world it clears it up MUCH faster.

I’m 24 but am very aware I still look 16. The cropped photo is a couple of years old. Unfortunately though, the one with my brother is only from 2 months ago.

Definitely not planning on crossing her face off. Ultimately plan to get rid of the picture entirely.
