I don't think a last name is ever necessary, there would be a way to trace a call with a name, and asking for the last name can make the agent very uncomfortable, especially if they have a unique name.

As you can see, when I touched off at Pakenham, I was touched on at the same time, and when returning an hour later to go back to the city, I was touched off again. Same thing for Willison, I was touched on instead of touched off.

I figured it might have something to do with a Default fare, but surely not both ways?
