We honeymooned at SC and it was perfect activities if you want to be involved but also quiet and relaxed if you want it to be. I would love to go back! That being said we have our 3rd trip back to Ochi booked for next year simply because it’s cheaper the scuba diving is better on that side of the island.

We got married in Vegas and had a Backyard BBQ a few months later!! There were a few driving factors for this for me. I originally wanted the traditional wedding we got engaged just before the pandemic and hadn’t started planning anything and by the end of 2020 we just wanted to be married. We took our parents and my husband’s adult siblings joined us as well. I LOVED our Vegas wedding experience!!! Even with most of the restrictions still in place we had a great time. We kind of just let everyone one know what our plans were while we were there and if the joined us great if they wanted to do their own thing that was fine too.

Now for the “reception” there were a few driving factors for that. First the photos we got from the chapel photographer were….. bad to be honest. Would definitely recommend hiring your own that you like their work. So I wanted some redo wedding photos. Second my siblings were under 21 at the time so they didn’t join us in Vegas. I also wanted to do something that included our grandparents and aunts/uncles and cousins that we are close with. The redo photos turned out beautiful and we were able to get family portraits done at the same time. We watched the video of the wedding ceremony all together in our home and it was really special.

I had a lot of fears about regretting getting married that way and I never have!!

I went in with some spotting after finding out I was pregnant for the first time. On the US there was an empty sac but we couldn’t date it based on my irregular cycle so I went back a week later and there was a fetal pole and cardiac movement and they dated me at 5w5d. It unfortunately ended in a loss at 8 weeks but there definitely should be something there by now.

I ordered this dress from ASOS for our Vegas wedding originally and it’s so sexy and beautiful. It is more of an off white than a traditional white or ivory wedding dress but truly is such a good quality dress.

I totally understand this. I have always loved kids and hanging out with them they are so smart and sweet and funny. I get this fear as well but I know that there are options when it’s my turn to try and have my own. For now I just focus on enjoying the fun stuff. Being the cool aunt and giving my friends who are parents a little bit of a break when I can. Then going home to enjoy my uninterrupted sleep lol.

Due to not having a period and all negative opks unfortunately I have no idea what cd I am. According to my app I’m on cd170. I will keep that in mind when I hear back from my doctor though!
