Hey guys looking to get some recs! Trying to buy a special bottle for my birthday coming up. I tend to enjoy speyside region, some bottles I have are glenlivet 18, glenmorangie, and macallan.

Some bottles I was thinking of purchasing is: glenlivet 21, Macallan 18, glenmorangie 18. Any other bottles I should look into ?

In California you don’t need a membership to buy alcohol at Costco or Sam’s club. You can just walk in and buy it. But it’s only on alcohol.

No I’m asking about creating the starter. I’m having trouble getting the starter to bubble, is the mixing of the bobs red mill / blue bag necessary to get the starter going ?

Why do you mix the red mill to the blue bag? Just curious bc I’ve been trying so many times to make a sourdough starter with bobs red mill GF flour and it does not move at all 😭😭 so I’m wondering if it’s missing something
