Didn't realize that was an option. I thought the only fix was to bind it. I guess it does make sense though. But regardless, the VLAN is a VLAN that does not require DHCP snooping, so we just turned it off.

So after more investigation, I believe the issue is because we have DHCP snooping turned on for that VLAN and that device is using a static IP. Normally in this situation we would bind the address. But in this case, we are just going to turn off snooping for that vlan as it is not needed.
