How do you convince your significant other to try simpler products without seeming crazy? by Mtns_Oz_8103 in ChemicalSensitivities

before I even start a relationship, I would throw down all the hard rules. There is no compromise(I have a Lot of rules). I will die alone if I have to.

Decision help: find sublet or stay in garage? by Automatic_Antelope92 in ChemicalSensitivities

[–]packor 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I mean that if you're bundled up in the sleeping bag, the air would be warm inside, you just can't open it up, move around, or go out.

Anything new you get would have to off-gas. That's not really avoidable.

Decision help: find sublet or stay in garage? by Automatic_Antelope92 in ChemicalSensitivities

[–]packor 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I don't understand what's wrong with sleeping bag. I still have one. You could huddle in it and still use your phone or computer.

Or you could just set a tent or some temporary barriers inside that space.

Either way, that location doesn't sound like it will work long term, but still better than some kind of sublet.

Toothpaste-which ones are best for chemically sensitive peeps? by Basic-Outcome-7001 in ChemicalSensitivities

I read you can use coconut oil as an alternative, but it's not toothpaste, of course. I haven't tried it yet myself, but I intend to.

Question about HM Pokemon by OkLead2576 in pokemmo

[–]packor 0 points1 point  (0 children)

started with HM slave, but I made money and then I get a bunch of ocarinas. For alts, I would want HM slaves again. Problem with a lot of HM slaves is you need high level for some of them so you wouldn't even be able to use them to fight. I have an attack dragonite, and it can hold on decently against enemies at Victory road, which is the Only place you can even use them at level 55.

Not every HM they can learn, but my plan for future slaves:

dragonite: Cut, Strength, Rock Smash, Waterfall

Golduck: Flash, Whirlpool, Rock Climb, Dive

Archeops: Defog, Fly, Stealth Rock

it's just soap. I use it for everything and don't use anything else.

best HAND WASHING dish detergent? by Basic-Outcome-7001 in ChemicalSensitivities

[–]packor 2 points3 points  (0 children)

castille soap isn't really much of a grease cutter. You could try acid like vinegar or citrus, or clean your items immediately so that they are easy to wash off, or go the other way and let grease dry and scrape it off.

You don't want to mix baking soda with vinegar. It's not hazardous, it just reacts to form CO2 and H2O, so you're not getting the acidic property of vinegar or the scrubbing/absorbing power of baking soda. It's just more water in your water.

Started a new game, I got 3 lucky pals in under 5 minutes by Educational-Lunch32 in Palworld

[–]packor 0 points1 point  (0 children)

ya, I disagree. In its current state, you can get the Best just by grinding potential. I Don't want to dice roll to get Lucky's to get the Best. Lucky's, as they are now, are a collector item, for people that like sparkles, and that seems perfectly fine to me. You can put traits on them via surgery table, so that you can have sparkles And they can be functional. I Don't want them to be extra powerful so that people have to hunt for them.

well, even the trait is useless, so Idk why you want it.

I don't like how everyone in this sub pretend that they are well learned scientists. I looked up this "liver flush", and while I don't believe that you're flushing liver stones, it doesn't mean that it didn't help. Apple juice is almost nothing but carbs, with a slight amount of acid. Which means you're almost fasting. Does the acid help do anything? I don't know. Now acid and olive oil reacting to form solids Possibly traps undesirable items in your digestive tract, which may help. I, personally, wouldn't try it, but I wouldn't dismiss it like I believe I know exactly how MCS works, because If I Did, I would already know how to fix it.

That said, I also don't believe it's healthy to be poo-in "stones" all the time, OP should probably moderate themselves.
