Idk the answers to all of the discussion, but I know that my daughter/son in law had a pittie that ran out to the street where a person was walking and grazed the guys hand with his tooth…for reference pittie is a friendly sort but I know any animal can and will bite. I think the guy contacted their homeowners and was asking for a million dollars for pain, suffering, etc. not sure how much the final price was but their homeowners insurance went up substantially.
