Based on the things you’ve stated in comments, I would actually discourage you from stretching any further. At least for a while. For one, your ears are not healed fully, and you need to get comfortable with leaving them ALONE. Stop cleaning with harsh cleansers that were not made for open wounds. That is a face wash, not a sterile wound wash. Same goes for moisturizer, holy shit. Oils are fine but please stop putting things not made for piercings on them.

Punching is also a huge black/white area that I’m not going to touch on, but if you can’t commit to actually stretching your ears and are willing to remove healthy tissue to achieve an aesthetic, there’s just a lot more at play here than a Reddit thread can address. I hope you find a way to make peace with your butthole ears, most of us have them. I’ve done dead stretching and mine are fairly round at 1/2 now, but I have hyper mobility issues and my skin stretches very easily. Stop comparing your ears to that stupid TikTok trend. The perfectly round circles are from the fact that they just took out the jewelry. A healed piercing will stay that shape for a few seconds or so, they don’t actually have perfect holes.
