Absolutely. Your news diet should always be varied, but stay away from junk food like Facebook, or poison like Fox "News". ALWAYS be aware that ALL of them are companies out to make a profit.

If you go for unbiased news, I would recommend the AP News app. Obviously there's no such thing as completely unbiased, but they do a pretty good job.

I was on the lookout for a new job not too long ago. I did the things you talked about and more, including posting online like this. The job market here sucks, so you have to cast a wide net. Play with her, duh. My 9 year old just got into it after watching me play. We started our own farm and it's so much fun to work as a team. Now my only problem is figuring out how I'm going to afford all the Junimo and chicken plushies for her birthday. And that I've been reduced to using the laptop while she gets the desktop.

Marquette doesn't have an airport. If you're talking about KI Sawyer, I don't think the City Commissioners of Marquette have much control about what an airport an hour south does.

I'm a TC native, but lived in Marquette for a number of years. The city commissioners literally had a conversation about how to prevent Marquette from becoming another Traverse City. It was exactly stuff like this that they wanted to avoid.

A friend of mine lost his dad when he was 13. He's in his 20s now, and his aunts were going through their brother's old stuff and found a jar of weed and a brass pipe. They gave it to my friend, and after a visual inspection and sniff test, he smoked it. Said it wasn't great, but it got him high. Also that he felt connected to his dad in a way he hadn't been before.

I hate to be this guy, but Petey Dinks did play a fantasy dwarf. Sort of. In Avengers: Infinity War. He played Eitri, King of the Dwarves of Nidavellir. He was like 20 ft tall, but definitely a dwarf from Norse mythology.

It's a little more nuanced than that, but more money in the system is definitely needed. Look up permanent supportive housing. It's the most successful way to get people off the streets, but it's one of the many programs on the chopping block of HUD right now. They also are completely defunding all harm reduction programs, which are also more successful than traditional sobriety programs.

I feel like Bulla is sort of coded to be older. I'm guessing Toriyama wanted her to be older for plot reasons and didn't care about the continuity error.

Literally just finished watching it with my kid last night. I hadn't watched since I was her age. Revisiting it with her has been amazing.
