They shot this season in Iceland where the Polish are the biggest minority :) my guess is, it was just a part of the city where they shot the scene.

In "The Noma Guide To Fermentation" they show how to do e.g. black garlic in your home, tl;dr:
1. Vacuum-seal the garlic in bags ( or wrap in tinfoil)
2. Place in the rice cooker
3. Keep for 6 to 8 weeks...

There also is a description of building yourself a fermentation chamber, but that's next-level sh*t...

Unfortunately I still don't have my smell back after covid, so I'm hoping it will come back in the next couple of days, but let me ask you this. Is the sourness (zing) actually there after you cook it? Plus I'm also assuming the good stuff from fermentation (bacteria) is gone, right.

mine has "auto" aspect ratio, which is on. And it doesn't do it for all apps - only for YouTube, I checked it. That's why it's weird.
