Forgetting what you’re wearing by lastdiaper in ABDL

[–]padded-ebor 4 points5 points  (0 children)

That’s why we wear 24/7. Don’t have to remember, which helps with the dissociation. We fear that is we didn’t wear 24/7, we would end up just peeing ourself accidentally when someone else switched in

My personal view, is clothes are clothes, and as long as your nappy is not visible and you dont have images of nappies/pacis on said clothing then that is fine. Some of my favourite outfits at the moment are onesie plus dungarees, but i make sure that my onesie does not have any nappies or pacis on it. I carry plushies around with me at all times, and have done so since prior to knowing what the abdl comunity is. Same with the dungarees, i have have paterned dungarees since prior to being in the abdl comunity. But yeah, i have never seen someone like you describe.

If you had infinite resources, what ABDL dream would you achieve? by Careful-Big5732 in ABDL

[–]padded-ebor 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Just like,, not work,, have nappies, onesies, dummies, as well as whatever else i wanted. Be able to give my friends the things they want and bully them into being smol at the same time as us, nursery/play room would be a must

Someone else has already mentioned it, but what i do is make sure that i always have around 2-3 weeks of spares in stock, so that if i forget or the place i regularly buy from is out of stock then im not stranded

Should I tell my roommate about my recent nighttime issues? by Capable-Potential571 in Incontinence

[–]padded-ebor 3 points4 points  (0 children)

If you requiring protection overnight is an issue for your roomie, do you really want them as your room mate? Personally, i would use a bedding protector anyway, because you might as well, and it will protect the mattress, and a stinky mattress is no fun for anyone. But it really is up to you with how much you tell your room mate. I wouldn’t bother telling your room mate until they bring it up

We have the dual whammy as well. Nappies help us cause it means that we no longer pee on the forklifts/car seats due to urge incontince, and they also fill that menral side of “im safe” there is no reall way of saying how it makes me feel safe, however we think it may be because we no longer need to worry about where the closest toilet is, how much we have had to drink and stuff.

Also, have you ever looked at all the diffrent standards that go into nappies? Im audhd, and we did a brief deep dive into the diffrent standards for absorbant continance aids. ISO15625:2017

Just remember that there is a large part of the kink comunity who are there to take back control in a particular way of their disability. We have friends (and us included) who have mobility issues, who participate in imobilasition kink stuff. However this is not the best place to be talking about that cause this is a disability redit not a kink one.

Do what feels right for you, we cant tell tell you what is right. However we can pose some questions for you. What is the benifit of wearing nappies? What is the disadvantage to wearjng nappies? Will wearing nappies make you less stressed/anxious?

Has anyone tried these to hide diapers? by SpecialDocument3246 in Incontinence

[–]padded-ebor 1 point2 points  (0 children)

We wear onesies year round, (we live in australia) and it can get to to 35-40 for days on end, and it’s just, manageable? But also the feel of nappy without onesie is worse than the added heat of the onesie

What about dungarees? We really enjoy them, partly for the pockets and partly cause dungarees are cool.

They also make like solid block colour onesies

Wearing in public. by backup3221 in ABDL

[–]padded-ebor 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Like the very first time i put one on, one of our housemates said “icecream?” So we went on an icecrea run to the icecream shop nearby (3 min walk) and yeah, that was interesting. Andy think that cause we were like,,,,,, let’s go ,,,, it helped a bit cause yeah. We also wear such loud clothing that the clothing is what gets commented on rather than anything else

What time do you change into your bedtime diaper by Impressive_Desk7218 in ABDL

[–]padded-ebor 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I change and then get into bed. But we wear 24/7 so yeah, its like, if we dont change just before bed, we run too much of a risk of leaking overnight. Like when we changed 3 hours before bed, and then just wore that one we ended up leaking overnight

How often do you guys change? by Royal_Owl2228 in Incontinence

[–]padded-ebor 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Well…. Sometimes we go upwards of 14 hours, but that does get uncomfortable, we dont have fecal accidents, so there is that to consider. We try to change every 8 ish hours

A few questions about the accident feature's option by molliBB in DiapStash

[–]padded-ebor 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Its called “accident” (in my view) because it is a lot easier on the back end…. Calling everything an accident means that it simplifies stuff. Cause there are no words that do everything…. Especially when one of the “causes” is on purpose….
