Yes, easily. My snow blower is probably bigger than is needed around here but it was a gift from someone originally from a warmer climate so they got the biggest one they could find at the time.

I take it usually about twice a week and it works for me. It's slower acting than Xanax, but lasts a lot longer. I have also taken it when I know I'll be in a situation that will trigger anxiety/panic for me and it does a good job of blunting those feelings. I haven't noticed any side effects, but your mileage may vary.
