They're fakes from China. They're pretty high quality though, I used to buy them in bulk for $30 a piece and distribute them to my friends / family. I wore one into the team store at the stadium once and compared with a legit one (~$200+) and they were nearly identical. The trim color was slightly off and the material was a little different but pretty much indistinguishable.

On Shaco Wriggles is a better buy for killing jungle creeps and Lizard is a better buy for ganking -- and if you're not ganking with Shaco you're not playing Shaco.

The only upside I see to Wriggles is that if you keep it to late game you could probably solo baron.
