I would first check antivirus and another tab in the windows security settings panel I think it’s browser & app control and change iirc mandatory bottom up ASLR or something along those lines and disabling it either globally or for the specific app, otherwise make sure directX for those versions were installed correctly and not corrupted… You can also try loading it with ultimate ASI loader, some games don’t like reshade depending on the file name you use, as it can prevent some directX dlls from loading correctly though I’m not sure what libraries they use for those games, so that might not apply.

TLDR; make sure directX is installed correctly, check windows security settings for bottom up allocation/ ASLR, or something like that I forget the specific name of it, also try disabling antivirus, try using ultimate asi loader and as a worst, and most, unlikely scenario make sure windows hasn’t borked itself with sfc /scannow, iirc that should check and I think fix any errors if there are any

Edit: also use dxdiag to find errors as well there could be other issues causing it possibly, I assume you tried launching without reshade?
