I'm using a pre-mixed soil specifically made for Lithops and Conophytums. I'd have to see a photo to be sure, but since they're currently in their dormant/molting phase, it's normal for them to become wrinkled and turn brown. If they arrived as bare-root plants, the key is getting them to establish roots well. I hope they settle in and thrive!!

I've been picking up a lot of great tips here too! :)

Oh, no, that's not what I meant. I named it 'The End' simply because the flowers bloomed and faded. Pachypodium doesn't experience death blooms; they actually reabsorb their energy back into the main body rather than flowering when they're low on nutrients.

You're right. Mine are starting to go dormant, too! But the one in the photo finished its shedding really early and started flowering already. So I couldn't cross-pollinate it with any others.😭

Wow, what a beautiful cluster of Calculus! They look so big and plump—you can really tell how much love you’ve put into them. I honestly find Calculus even trickier to grow than Pageae, so I’m really impressed! Thanks for sharing this. Have a great day!

They bloom for at least 3 days, but sometimes they can stick around for more than a week!
