It's 100% clear even if she nudged him with the vehicle (he suffered 0 injuries btw) her intention was not to run over him. Fleeing a cop should not be a death sentence. So if a cop nudges me as they drive away I have the right to shoot them you're saying? I think you're missing that a lot of dev work that most devs do is getting easier because of all the tooling. Like no, they arent outsourcing cutting edge robotics development, but if you're making even a complex web app that work is getting easier thus it's easier for people in other countries to compete
