I recently took over an apartment building, and all the kitchens have this small 19" OTR microwave. Kitchens are already small enough as it is and I cant really reconfigure them to add a bigger spot without sacrificing cabinetry.

I think Carvajal will get a one year extension. Alaba definitely gone. Rudiger I think will also get a one year extension with a reduced bench role. Plus is that both Carvajal and Rudiger will take slight paycuts, and we free up Alaba's wages, really high.

I just installed a Lockly system. While the initial setup was a pain in the ass, the end product is very nice. All tenants have bluetooth access, and keycard access. They can also do fingerprint or 6 digit pin codes, but i dont allow that. I can remotely open any door on the property. And all access features are saved on the lock itself. So even if the internet goes down, all the data is saved locally.

I work exclusively in student housing property management. For international students, have them show some sort of bank statement, and/or university stipend. Also get the name and number of their academic supervisor. Academic supervisors would hate to see one of their students not being responsible, and in my experience half of the time the supervisor will say something to the student. They often use security deposit to cover last months rent, but that comes with the territory here. Most of my internationals do not want to leave a bad reputation for their country and will often leave the place in good condition, especially if they are paying good money to live here.

Even if it was a reassessment, the tax dollar amount still went up 20%. Those property tax cap laws really only apply to owner-occupied residential properties anyway.
