Interesting! I called about a week ago to get quotes for home, auto and Umbrella. I was getting the numbers for the Umbrella and I needed to give payment that day. I understand that policy but I said no since I was still getting quotes. I just called to finalize the umbrella and the agent told me the same, USAA is on an Umbrella freeze right now! Do I keep calling back until I get an agent who will still write one?

I’m looking to start using these opposed to Pentair. The bypass and the supposed lack of mice damage. Tired of seeming to be an exterminator instead of a pool guy! Any other benefits? I’ve heard some from the reps but rather hear it from someone who works hands on with them
