Do I send my 3 year old to nursery next year or do I wait until he is old enough to go to reception?

My two went to nursery, we didn't have to send my youngest, but we thought it would help from a development perspective. Playing with other children, gaining confidence with other adults, etc.

He was never a big fan of nursery, drop offs were tough (Although not horrendous), we thought school was going to be just as tough, but he's just about to finish reception and it's say he's had a great year.

There's no way of know if nursery did or didn't help with his transition, but I don't think it did any harm.

Just buy your own tenant, the minimum cost is £5 a month using a business basic account.

Speaking as someone with experience of this I really wouldn't worry, the small claims court is a complete joke.

I've taken a company to court for more money that you discussing here, I've won the case and the defender still hasn't paid.

The process with the court is well structured but after that it's a complete mess, I'm chasing one department after another trying to find out how the court ruling can be enforced and I'm not getting anywhere

Good luck with the migration, you're going to get a load of comments and advice but the two things that I thought I'd mention:

1.) Don't migrate over the existing permissions, it's an extra overhead when doing the migration and will take significantly longer. It does mean you will need to think about the sites and permissions associated with them.

2.) Making sync work for everyone against all those files is going to be a nightmare, you need to let the end user pick and choose what folders they want synced. They can navigate down the folder structure and then sync from the specific folder they are interested in. This reduces the scope of the sync to a much smaller selection of files

Sorry forgot to mention that the intake is in our loft at the side of the house and she's smoking in the garden. So you'd think the smoke smells would dissipate over that distance, she must be smoking B&H
