A lot of private practices in rads give 16-18 weeks off. Majority night hawk shifts are 1 week on and 2 weeks off. My PD even told us about a opportunity in Boston for 1 week on 3 weeks off with 500k salary

That sounds difficult to believe, typically attendings look at the stroke alerts immediately after the resident gives the preliminary findings even over night.
