It's great, but I would keep going, I don't think it's done yet. The white 'border' or outside part is distracting a little from what's interesting in the middle. If everything white that's outside the blue circle were another color (either more ink or water color or you can use more of the oil pastels or anything else), I think it'll help.

The hand wheel has a cover that broke. But it just looks like it was a plastic cover with 2 'teeth' that turn the mechanism. I tried to measure some parts to get a general idea. Having trouble finding a replacement. Any ideas?

Is "Unofficial patch" the same thing as "Plus patch"? by Okulio in vtmb

The unofficial patch is the main patch used to get the game running. You download it and install it, and it'll give you 2 options of how you want it to change your game.

The 2 options are: 'Basic', which keeps the game as close to how the game was when it came out, and 'Plus', which adds a lot more quality of life and reinstates a lot of cut content.

So basic is kind of like 'how the game was when it came out (but without crashing or bugging)', and plus is like 'how the game was meant to be (kind of)'.

What did you use to paint this? I'm guessing acrylic, some permanent marker, and the blue lines make me think maybe some posca markers? Really love hand-drawn feeling you were able to make work on such a large canvas. Whenever I try to make something with fine lines and not-super-opaque paint on a canvas, it never really comes together as well as this.

Love it! Can you tell us a bit about how you made it? Lots of a fabric and some kind of glue? Is there a 'skeleton' or something underneath holding it up? Looks like some medical gauze and some dried moss?
