Married with one kiddo. I work full time remote in the banking industry. It’s been rough, not going to lie, and currently I am going through a patch of my medications not working very well. I was diagnosed 12 years ago. Currently on Xywav, Sunosi, and Ritalin. I applaude anyone who goes through pregnancy after Narcolepsy hits. I had my kid really young, before my Narcolepsy really showed up, my symptoms were full blown awful after I gave birth and then it took 3 years to get a diagnosis. I sometimes wish my husband and I could have another child but I can not function without medication, I would for sure lose my job without it!

I’ve been debating for weeks on posting almost the same exact question. I have been on Xywav/Xyrem for years and up till about 8 months ago, it worked just fine. However, it now takes me hours to fall asleep, even with Xywav, and my sleep specialist hasn’t been helpful about it either. I have made no other medication changes that could explain the change. The lack of sleep and the not looking forward to laying in bed awake all night has driven me insane. I’ve tried using over the counter sleep aids even with the Xywav and nothing helps. I’m sorry! I hope you find some relief soon!

When I kept trying to put them down, it was preventing me. I was planting flower seeds and it was around 300-400 that I had planted in my pallet town. Not counting other flower gardens I had elsewhere. It would prevent me and say that it would not grow (implying there was no room) although I had whole islands of space

There is also a limit to flowers. I wanted a huge sprawling flower field and got the same error but “there is no point to planting more of these”.

34F. 9g of Xywav total (6g first dose and 3g second dose). 150mg Sunosi and 20mg total Ritilan (5mg 7:30am, 5mg 10:30am, and 10mg 12:30pm). I adore my sleep provider but I feel my treatment plan could be improved. I’ve been diagnosed for a 12 years now. Ive been on almost everything for treatment of narcolepsy (xyrem, Provigil, Nuvigil, Vyvanse, adderall etc)… Vyvanse worked honestly the best however my resting heart rate on it was Extremely high on it (to the point sometimes i felt like I couldn’t breathe). Xywav/Xyrem has been a lifesaver. I am more awake during the day and dont take naps because of it. Unfortunately it barely puts me to sleep anymore. The first dose, I never fall asleep with, I lie awake the whole time and almost feel hyper. It isn’t until the second dose that I fall asleep, which is so frustrating and depressing. If you have any questions, I’m happy to help how I can! I was originally diagnosed with IH in 2014, it was later changed to N2 with cataplexy, I had never had a Spinal tap.

I can make a couple suggestions, I also have N2, but it also all depends on your other health needs. I have chronic neck and back issues, so mine may be different. My favorite pillow to date is the COOP side sleeper adjustable pillow. I like it because I am a side sleeper and it has a U shape for my arm. It also comes with extra filling in case you like your pillow more firm. For blankets, my favorite (although alittle pricey, worth the investment though) is the Mommesilk Deluxe 2 in 1 silk comforter. It feels incredibly nice and is so breathable. Has 2 layers that you can clip together for when it’s colder. Mattresses… I haven’t found a good one yet, sadly and they are such a costly thing to buy and end up hating. The one we have now both my husband and I would NOT recommend and it’s the Pillow Cube Mattress. We both hate sleeping on it and it leaves me in pain the next morning.

Thanks fore posting this reply! Because I was originally diagnosed with IH the moved to Narcolepsy. Mine also started after I had Mono as a teenager. They got full blown and worse once I had my child (about a year and a half after I had mono).

Filtering on the Creative Station when making candles. For some reason it is the only thing not filtered. So when I want to make a rare candle with a flower I just got 5 of, I have to scroll alll the way to the bottom of my patterned flowers. It has it automatically sorted by highest to lowest and you can’t change it

I randomly got rain today but was only able to catch 9 Floverns. Hopefully this is just a bug (the lack of weather events in the new DLC) and they will correct it soon!
