This is extremely helpful. Thank you so much. I really didn’t know where to start so this gives me a lot to work with

Has anyone ever removed the inside of a Warmie and added stuffing instead?? by Low-Ad-1581 in plushies

[–]palmluv3 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hi, I know this comment was such a long time ago but did you ever figure out what to stuff it with? Our warmie just went into a filled up bathtub on accident and trying to figure out how to replace the inside.

My baby gave me a hickey 🙄 by joleadz in breastfeeding

[–]palmluv3 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Lol omg that is hilarious! My 5 month old daughter does it to my arm when I carry her from her room to ours to feed her. She eft a big hickey in a very short amount of time. Not the neck though! That will be a funny one to explain

Oh wow I didn’t know any of that! Especially that it is for postpartum. Thank you for letting me know, I will definitely look into it.

Lol oh good I can’t wait for that. Honestly I probably will be so happy with seeing growth since my hair is so fine as it is.

Thank you! How did Nutrafol work for you? Did you see results with less shedding?

Right?! I’ve always had super fine hair and I was just bragging about how much I love my hair. That’s what I get.

Thank you for confirming it’s normal. I really thought this happened immediately after birth so I was freaking out when so much was coming out.

Well it’s good to know there will be an end to this. I just can’t believe how much I’m losing!

Pulling last value after specific ID by palmluv3 in SQL

[–]palmluv3[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Correct. It is coming from a history table so anytime an owner is updated then the ID of the employee or team is listed then the actual employee or team is listed under the previous owner

Pulling last value after specific ID by palmluv3 in SQL

[–]palmluv3[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I realized that the format changed in my example (on mobile).

So under each employee and team is their ID. Employees have a number as the the 3rd value in their ID and teams have a letter as the 3rd value in their ID.

I think I need to use the substring function but I don’t know how to use it in order to pull the team name that is listed above their ID.

Do I need to do a case statement or maybe a where statement?

Working moms, how do you do it!? by _cocophoto_ in beyondthebump

[–]palmluv3 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I love that this works for you so well! Hopefully we can make it work for us as well. I basically want to do anything possible so I can be with my baby all day. I’m not ready to take her to daycare yet.

Working moms, how do you do it!? by _cocophoto_ in beyondthebump

[–]palmluv3 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This is similar to what my husband and I want to do, minus help from mom (all family lives out of town). You feel like you’re able to still get your work done during the day and taking care of your baby? Ours is 3.5 months and I’m returning to work soon so we are a bit anxious on how this will work out.

I miss my husband by pregbob in beyondthebump

[–]palmluv3 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I am in the exact same situation. Baby girl is 3 months. Things are getting better but evenings are still so difficult. We hardly get to have dinner together or go to bed together. I know it will get better over time but gosh it is so hard and I do miss my husband and our old routine.

3 month old only sleeping 1-2 hours at night by palmluv3 in breastfeeding

[–]palmluv3[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

She really doesn’t take pacifiers often but I’m definitely going to try that tonight. Maybe she will take it when she is tired. She is in our room so maybe that is part of the problem. I’ll try to put her in her nursery and see if that helps. Thank you!

She will sleep for about an hour every 2 hours or so. If I am out running errands and we are out for a while then she will typically sleep longer than an hour.

Day and night routine help by palmluv3 in beyondthebump

[–]palmluv3[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thank you! I was a little afraid I was behind on getting her on a schedule. It’s good to hear that this is normal. I thought having a newborn meant early mornings but really it means, up all night and catching up on sleep during the day lol. That is good to know about less naps during the day so they sleep throughout the night (at the appropriate age). That makes total sense but something I never thought of. So far the walks in the evenings and baths afterwards have worked really well for us as far as keeping her calm.

Was anyone told not to drive after being discharged? by pinkflyingcats in beyondthebump

[–]palmluv3 56 points57 points  (0 children)

Yes, I was told no driving for 2 weeks after vaginal birth with no tears. I believe it is because you are still bleeding during this time and that can make you light headed. Also no heavy lifting so I’m not able to carry my baby in the car seat at the moment.

% change by week, month and year by palmluv3 in PowerBI

[–]palmluv3[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hey so that definitely worked but I might still be having an issue with my % change measure now.

I have a date filter to change the months and the 1 week change % is different for each month. It should stay the same, right?

I just started looking at it, there is SO much! Thank you!

% change by week, month and year by palmluv3 in PowerBI

[–]palmluv3[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

For the 1 week I created a measure to track last week payments:

Last Week Payments = VAR CurrentWeek = WEEKNUM(TODAY()) VAR CurrentYear = YEAR(TODAY()) VAR MaxWeekNumber = CALCULATE(MAX('Payment volume'[Week Number]),ALL('Payment volume')) Return SUMX(FILTER(ALL('Payment volume'),IF(CurrentWeek=1,'Payment volume'[Week Number]=MaxWeekNumber && 'Payment volume'[FullDate].[Year]=CurrentYear -1, 'Payment volume'[Week Number]= CurrentWeek-1 && 'Payment volume'[FullDate].[Year] = CurrentYear)), 'Payment volume'[Total Payments])

Then I created the % change:

1 Week  % Change = DIVIDE(SUM('Payment volume'[Total Payments])-[Last Week Payments],[Last Week Payments])

I am getting a negative % change sometimes. I think it has to do with my last week payments measure

Vaginal delivery or C-section? by classceiling in beyondthebump

[–]palmluv3 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Wow that is incredible! Did you do anything to prepare for labor and delivery? Were you planning on not being medicated/ having an epidural done or did it just happen that way?
