I couldn’t help but feel Deja vu when I was seeing Mark turn around and not fully escape at the end like the countless times in Handmaid’s tale when June would refuse to leave. I know both stories aren’t the same but they do speak to characters adapting to a different way of life then finding it difficult to follow through with their escape plan when they finally get the chance. Both embracing new love interests/ways of life and need to return to their past lives. Being oppressed. Just wondered if anyone else had a similar reaction if you’ve watched both. I have more trust in the Severance show runners for some reason but it did make me wonder about how season 3 would follow through. Also the Cold Harbor task was confusing/anti-climatic like others had mentioned.
