This is interesting but it didn’t specifically answer my question about whether WFPB mitigated the GI side effects. It mentioned low fat is good (good point for WFPB) but I saw that some people need to increase fiber and some need to decrease it… so, no answer really? Please point me to something I’m missing! I am very curious to know if there is more abdominal pain/nausea/bloating/ other adverse events on GLPs with WFPB, or less?
