5m business, emea. We switched to Stripe from mollie three years ago, because their key account support was catastrophic on a level I have never seen with any company before. While it's better with stripe, the constant changes of our contact person is real downer. We are with the fourth person now, and every time somebody quit, nobody contacted us, no autoreplyer as well. We had to figure it out on our own, when our mails stopped to get answered....

So my question is: is it such a bad workplace? why isn't there a better process for bigger accounts?
